All the rooms are amazingly comfortable with a view and the staff is VERY GOOD.

i appreciated that the hotel was excellent and fairly clean. the staff were great and positive all the time of my stay. the room was bright, compact and with a very comfortable bed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bogota and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the location was perfect - close to the airport, which was great for our stopover. Additionally, the hotel was really close to the US embassy, which was convenient for our visa appointment. Another standout aspect was the service provided by the staff. They were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and even a nice view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was tasty and offered great value for money. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be the thin walls. Occasionally, we could hear conversations from other rooms.

The warm and kind staff at Hotel Rivera made our stay unforgettable. We were treated like royalty, with a touch of familiar warmth. The unique ambiance added to the overall beautiful experience. The location is convenient, being close to the airport. The strong wifi, hot water, and delicious breakfast were all bonuses. The owners, Andres and his aunt, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite the small size of the rooms, we still had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and the amazing people who run it.

Had an amazing Xmas stay last year. The hotel provided complimentary Xmas pastries and delicious hot cocoa which was a wonderful surprise. The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel also had a beautiful rooftop terrace with great views of the city.

The room was a bit small, but that's to be expected in a city hotel. The WiFi was a bit slow at times, which was frustrating when trying to stream movies.

The room was quiet and spacious, had comfy beds. The big bathroom was the best. Location: the hotel was close enough to a taxi and Zona Rosa, Candelaria and the airport and the surrounding areas. Went to Bbc Cerveceria for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the property.
